Breakers Row sale second highest for oceanfront condo

A three-bedroom apartment and its pool cabana in Two North Breakers Row have sold for a recorded $11.334 million, the second-highest price ever for an oceanfront condominium in Palm Beach, property records show.The off-the-market sale also ranks as the town’s third-highest condo sale ever, according to prices recorded with the deeds.

Virginia businessman and former U.S. Ambassador Nicholas Frank Taubman bought Unit N-44 from Canadian Laurie Anne Simpson.
