Indian Road home back on the market at $37.75 million in Palm Beach

A newer house facing the inlet at 225 Indian Road has entered the market at $37.75 million, according to the Palm Beach Board of Realtors Multiple Listing Service.

The price is $5.75 million more than what the owner paid for the eight-bedroom, West Indies-style house a little more than a year ago. At the time, its developer, the Frisbie family of Palm Beach, was just finishing up construction. With 12,564 square feet of living space, inside and out, the house presides over nearly 1½ acres with 217 feet of waterfront.

No surprise that agent Suzanne Frisbie of the Corcoran Group has the listing. She handled both sides of the off-market sale in February 2016. The house was developed by her husband, David Frisbie,and two of his brothers, builder RobertFrisbie and venture-capitalist Rick Frisbie.

The property is owned by a Florida limited liability company, 225 Indian Road Holdings affiliated with North Palm Beach real estate attorney Curtis Shenkman.

The Frisbie family developed and still owns the house next door at No. 219 Indian Road.
