Wells Road house changes hands for nearly $11M

Carol Lee “Leezy” Sculley has sold the North End home she once shared with ex-husband John Sculley, former CEO of Apple, for a recorded $10.95 million in a private sale.Roberta Weiner bought the five-bedroom house at 125 Wells Road, according to the deed recorded Friday by the Palm Beach County Clerk’s office.

 Weiner and her husband, Boston shopping-center developer Stephen R. Weiner, a year ago parted with their lakefront townhouse in Villa Plati on Atlantic Avenue — two streets south of the residence that just changed hands — for a recorded $5.75 million.With about 8,000 square feet of living space, inside and out, the Palm Beach Regency-style house on Wells Road was built in 1992 by the late developer Robert Gottfried on a lot measuring nearly a sixth of an acre.
